Questions about execution

Do we still need our Infor partner?+

That is up to you. We can take on the migration work end to end, or work alongside your partner: they run the project, we take on specific items such as the interfaces or the data migration.

Can we do part of it ourselves?+

Yes. You choose per item. Many customers hand over the interfaces and do the data migration themselves with the Data Migration Tool, or the other way round.

What if an item turns out bigger than expected?+

Then we tell you before we start on it, with the reason and a new price. Never afterwards.

How is it priced?+

We agree the price with you once Insight and Design have shown what there is to do. It depends on what you hand over and how complex it is, and it is always below current market rates for the same work.

When can we start?+

Migration Insight and Design are expected in Q1 2027, and execution starts with them. We take on a limited number of migrations at a time, so talk to us early.

We are on-premise today. Where do we begin?+

With the On-Premise Edition. It connects to your current M3, and everything you set up there moves with you to the cloud.
